Shipping & Returns

We ship with Canada Post as we get really goods rate to share with you.

We cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged packages unless you purchase the option of shipping insurance on the cart page.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your goodies leave.

Shipping insurance, carriers these days can be rather lapse when things go missing or get damaged in transit.  Please choose to purchase the additional insurance at check out, just in case something happens to your order in transit. We cannot be held liable for damaged or missing packages if you did not purchase the insurance.

New orders are gathered and packed twice per week, once packed will be taken to the post office the same or next business day.

Please make sure that you choose a delivery address that is safe, and available for delivery 24/7. Its REALLY important that you make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address as we use exactly what you enter for delivery. Orders returned to us because the wrong delivery address was entered by the customer when ordering, will be charged actual shipping rates for their orders to be shipped again (even if the original order qualified for the free shipping option). The same applies if Canada Post leaves the customer a card to pick up their order, and the customer fails to collect their order.

Returns

Customers are welcome to return anything within 14 days of receiving them, customers are responsible for the outgoing and return shipping costs (even if the original order qualified for free shipping). Items must be returned in their original packaging, tags in tact and in original condition. Please make sure that your returns have tracking numbers so that you can see if there are problems with the package.
